Located in the heart of the continental United States, Norquest Solutions LLC (“NSLLC”) is a 100% Native-American owned and operated small business concern for the retrieval of Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (“ISBEE”) set-aside, Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) (DOI) and Minority Owned Business acquisitions, solicitations, RFQs, RFPs, orders and awards.
